This leading law firm is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor who possesses the ability to build relationships and assist on a varied caseload of commercial property matters. The team covers a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters.

You will have up to 4 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, development, and investment matters as well as general commercial property matters. You will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months experience in dealing with all types of commercial property matters. As the chosen Commercial Property Solicitor you will be gaining exposure to complex, high value matters as well as building strong relationships.
