Private Client Lawyer NQ+, Norwich, £38,000 to £50,000.
We are looking for two experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitors or FILEX to join this highly regarded and growing private client team.
The Wills, Trusts & Probate department are recommended in The Legal 500 UK for being a “highly professional team”. These are full‑time positions with the firm open to you being based at any of their three branch locations.
You will join an experienced and supportive team handling a high‑quality private client caseload within a busy and well‑respected department.
Full STEP membership is desirable, or you may be studying or working towards this qualification. The roles would suit solicitors or FILEX with at least two years’ post‑qualification experience, who are confident managing their own caseload and keen to continue developing their expertise within private client law.
Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning and succession matters.
- Administering estates of varying complexity.
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Setting up and administering Trusts, providing clear and practical advice to clients.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Private Client team to deliver an efficient and high‑quality service.
