A leading, collaborative legal practice is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join its busy team in Norfolk.
This is a varied and fast-paced role covering both contentious and non-contentious work, offering exposure to complex matters and a diverse client base including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, and employees. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including:
- Supporting business restructurings and formal insolvency processes
- Assisting with insolvency-related disputes and contentious matters
- Drafting legal documentation and conducting legal research
- Managing files and progressing matters efficiently
- Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal applicant will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
- Have strong technical knowledge in insolvency and restructuring
- Be confident managing a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Be detail-focused, resilient, and calm under pressure
The Insolvency & Restructuring team advises a wide range of clients on both contentious and transactional matters, including restructuring, winding-up proceedings, directors' duties, and debt-related issues. The team is known for its supportive, collaborative approach and its ability to handle complex, high-quality work.
