An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an award-winning law firm within their growing team.

Are you passionate about Court of Protection work and looking for a firm which offers you plenty of scope for career progression? This role is available on a remote basis and the firm are looking for Court of Protection Lawyers who are able to attend an initial induction week in their East Anglia office followed by bi-monthly visits depending on client needs and department needs.

You will have at least 4 years PQE and a strong track record in dealing with a range of court of protection matters. As the appointed Court of Protection Solicitor you will be providing advice to vulnerable clients and handling a caseload of matters in relation to mental capacity and safeguarding issues. You will be compassionate and empathetic and possess the ability to advise vulnerable individuals as well as work closely with carers, families and external organisations.
