An exciting opportunity has arisen within an award-winning practice for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly rated team and deal with a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters. This progressive practice is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to deal with claimant clinical negligence matters. Superb opportunity to join a top tier team and deal with matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Working closely with reputable lawyers who are experts in the field, the firm covers the broad range of clinical claims including birth injuries, surgical negligence, dental negligence and delay in diagnosis / misdiagnosis.

The candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of clinical negligence matters and be looking for a supportive and collegiate team where you can see your career flourish and work closely with some of the leading names in the sector. You will ideally have previous claimant clinical negligence experience and be willing to undertake business development activities to further build and develop the team.
