A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a well-established Northampton-based practice. You will be working closely with a leading Partner and gaining exposure to a varied caseload of employment-related matters including both contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. As the chosen Employment Solicitor, you will be acting on behalf of a diverse client base and some employees. In addition to handling your own caseload, you will also be supporting with the management and supervision of members of the team.
You will have at least 5 years PQE in managing your own caseload of employment-related matters. With experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment cases, you will have proven expertise in advising employer clients and have experience of supervising and mentoring members of the team. The successful Employment Solicitor will be able to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters and possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
