An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join an award-winning private client team. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, estate administration and contested estates, with the opportunity to develop your practice in areas that particularly interest you. The role offers genuine flexibility, including hybrid working and flexible start times, together with the chance to work alongside one of the region's most highly regarded private client specialists.
Applications are welcomed from Private Client Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing their own caseload. Experience advising on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate administration is essential, while experience in contested estates would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be keen to build long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued success of an established and highly regarded department.
