THE ROLE: Our client, with a strong reputation in the Leicestershire area, is seeking an ambitious Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a growing disputes team. You will be advising on a variety of litigation matters including debt recovery, property disputes, landlord and tenant matters as well as contentious probate matters. Going through an exciting growth phase, this is truly an exciting time to join.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Civil Litigation Solicitors with up to 5 years’ experience in conducting their own caseload of litigation matters. You will be representing clients in mediations and court proceedings and be expected to draft and review legal documents as well as provide advice to clients on property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and debt recovery.
