A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well established regional law firm offering a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters, strong local client relationships and genuine work-life balance.
The role involves handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, refinances, sales and purchases, title matters and general transactional support. The position is suited to someone comfortable managing lower-value and lower-complexity files while working closely with experienced senior Fee Earners in a supportive environment.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with 2 years’ PQE and experience in commercial property, residential conveyancing or a combination of both, who are confident managing their own caseload, commercially aware, organised and keen to develop within a broad property role offering varied work, hands-on exposure and long-term progression opportunities.
