A Court of Protection Solicitor – Partner position is available in Kent/Hybrid for candidates with 7+ PQE. The role involves leading and managing a complex Court of Protection caseload, specialising in brain and catastrophic injury deputyships. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on all aspects of Court of Protection work, including deputyship applications, statutory wills, gifts, property transactions, financial management, and Personal Injury Trusts. Candidates will also supervise and mentor junior staff.
