SALARY: £40-50k DOE
THE ROLE:
- Managing a high-volume and varied caseload of good quality residential property instructions to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages of both registered and unregistered land
- Meeting multiple tight deadlines, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care
- Helping to manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years experience within residential property
- Applications welcomed from both solicitors and ILEX
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and IT skills are essential
- Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
