About this Role
Residential Conveyancer – 2 years’ experience – Greater Manchester – Salary up to £50,000 with flexible working options.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Proactively progress transactions through exchange and completion.
- Deliver excellent client service throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience handling your own caseload of transactions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Client‑focused with a proactive approach.
