You'll work alongside experienced lawyers on complex and high-profile matters, gaining exposure to both commercial litigation and specialist dispute resolution work.
Working as part of an established team of contentious and regulatory lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of interesting and complex matters, including:
Advising clients on disputes before a variety of specialist dispute resolution and regulatory forums.
Advising on arbitration and regulatory proceedings, including matters within the sporting sector.
Handling High Court and other commercial litigation, including media and social media disputes.
Advising on disciplinary and regulatory investigations.
Assisting with matters involving misconduct, anti-doping, regulatory breaches and wider integrity issues.
Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to grow the wider disputes practice.
Newly Qualified through to 4 years' PQE, although exceptional candidates outside this range will also be considered.
Strong academics and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A genuine interest in developing expertise within a specialist area of litigation.
Experience within sports or media law would be advantageous, but is not essential.
