Established Commercial Litigation Partner sought to join a leading international firm with genuine investment in practice growth.

The firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to play a significant role in the continued expansion of its Manchester disputes practice. You will advise clients on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud matters, business protection issues and other strategic commercial conflicts.

Working alongside an established team of specialists, you will contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the practice both regionally and nationally.

Applications are sought exclusively from existing Commercial Litigation Partners with a demonstrable client following and a proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable client relationships.
