Litigation Solicitor
Location: Greater Manchester • Salary: up to £60,000 • Flexible working options.
Role Overview
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes for clients across Manchester and the North West.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil and commercial disputes.
- Represent landlord & tenant matters.
- Manage debt claims.
- Work on contentious probate and boundary disputes.
- Provide expert legal advice throughout litigation.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years PQE.
- Solid track record in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
