Civil Litigation Solicitor / NQ+ / Greater Manchester / c£55,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with credit hire experience to join a specialist litigation practice handling high quality and complex motor claims – /n /n JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor /n PQE REQUIRED: NQ+ /n LOCATION: Greater Manchester /n SALARY: Up to £55,000 DOE /n /n THE ROLE: /n An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a well established specialist litigation practice.

Working as part of an experienced team, you will manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters, advising clients from instruction through to resolution.

You will handle a broad range of litigated and pre-litigated claims, working closely with colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a firm renowned for its specialist civil litigation offering. /n /n THE CANDIDATE: /n Applications are welcomed from Solicitors from NQ level upwards with experience handling credit hire matters.

You will possess a sound understanding of the litigation process together with strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload or ready to take the next step with the support of an experienced team.

You will be organised, commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional levels of client service.
