Children Panel Solicitor / 2+ PQE / Bedford / hybrid working arrangements. Our client, a highly regarded Bedford-based law firm, is keen to appoint an experienced Children Panel Solicitor to join its established and supportive Family Law team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and a firm that values work-life balance. You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision. Your caseload will include:

  • Care Proceedings
  • Interim Care Orders
  • Emergency Protection Orders
  • Special Guardianship Orders
  • Adoption Matters
  • Private Children Law Cases

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong advocacy skills
  • Children Panel Accreditation (essential)
  • 2+ years' PQE in Children Law
  • Significant experience across public and private children matters
