THE OPPORTUNITY:

The commercial property team advises businesses of all sizes on a wide range of commercial property law matters.
- THE ROLE:
As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be expected to: - Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, taking ownership of files from initial instruction through to completion and delivering a high-quality, commercially focused service.
- Dealing with a broad range of commercial property transactions, you will be advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters and property development matters.
- Manage the financial aspects of your caseload, including WIP, billing and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and commercially.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting meetings both face-to-face and remotely and developing a clear understanding of clients' objectives.
- Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice, undertaking relevant research and advising on legal issues, costs and scope of work.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial property documentation, as well as preparing clear client reports and correspondence.
- THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from those with 3+ PQE, you must also have:
- Experience managing your own commercial property caseload, while also supporting colleagues and assisting with more complex departmental cases where required.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide clear, commercially focused advice.

- Previous business development experience, with an interest in developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.
- Strong presentation skills, with the confidence to present to clients, colleagues and wider audiences.
