This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong contentious restructuring and insolvency experience to play a key role in advising clients, developing the practice and supporting the growth of the wider team.
THE ROLE:
- You will advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with colleagues across the firm and contributing to the continued development of the practice.
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share expertise and best practice.
- Contributing to business development activity, including identifying and pursuing networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting, supervising and training junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE.
- A strong grounding in contentious restructuring and insolvency.
- Excellent technical ability and strong drafting skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Sound commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- A proactive, ambitious and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to supervise more junior members of the team.
