We are currently working with a very busy, well-established property firm who are seeking an experienced Property Locum for an ongoing assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team with a real family feel, where support and collaboration are genuinely valued. The firm has been looking for the right person for some time and is keen to secure a reliable, experienced locum who can hit the ground running.
The Role
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Commercial property experience would be a bonus, but not essential
- Offshore typing support in place
- Systems: LEAP CMS and shared drive
Candidate Requirements
- Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent)
- Fully qualified, ideally 7–8 years PQE
- Residential Conveyancing essential, Commercial Property would be desirable
- Confident working independently in a busy environment
- Practical, team-oriented approach
Assignment Details
- Ongoing locum role (with long-term potential)
- Full-time office-based initially (first 6 months)
- Hybrid working may be considered thereafter, particularly for more senior locums
