The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Solicitor to join its property litigation team, providing vital support and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of contentious property matters, including commercial and residential lease disputes, Section 146 notices, forfeiture actions, lease renewals under Sections 25 and 26, service charge disagreements, Section 42 lease extensions involving absentee landlords, and applications for vesting orders.
