Overview
- Manage a broad range of private client work, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration, with an ongoing emphasis on IHT and CGT planning for high‐net‐worth clients.
- Advise on complex family arrangements, including agricultural and farming estates, with a thorough understanding of all applicable tax reliefs.
- Deliver expert guidance on complex tax and succession planning issues, including the establishment and ongoing administration of trusts.
- Maintain clear, professional and empathetic communication with clients, colleagues and professional referrers, consistently delivering a high standard of client care.
- Contribute to and strengthen the team's standing for technical excellence and sensitive, client‐focused advice.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional development and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Coordinate team activity across several offices, ensuring a consistent approach between fee earners and support teams.
