INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £75-95,000 (DOE). \\n• You will be responsible for managing an independent caseload and advising on IP disputes and litigation, with a particular focus on trademark, copyright, patents, passing off, and design rights.

\\n• You will be involved in supervising and developing junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative working environment, as well as engaging in business development and marketing initiatives.
\\n
\\n• The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, proven experience in a fast-paced setting, and strong technical proficiency in IP law. Exceptional communication skills are essential for providing high-quality client service. A client following is not required but is highly beneficial.
