We are acting on behalf of a highly regarded, multi-office law firm seeking an experienced and well-rounded Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 3 years PQE to join their expanding team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a firm recognised for excellence across a variety of legal areas.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a lawyer to manage a varied and interesting caseload across both private and publicly funded family law matters. You will work with a strong and collaborative team, handling cases across:
- Care Proceedings and PLO matters
- Private Law Children
- Domestic Abuse matters, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- General family matters, including unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years PQE
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Confidence and willingness to undertake your own advocacy
- An existing following or the ability to generate work
- Willingness to work towards panel accreditation
- Enjoyment of networking and contributing to business development
- A solid understanding of legal aid work
- The ability to undertake and develop private-paying work alongside publicly funded matters
