Join a nationally recognised Employment team handling high-quality employer-side work with genuine hybrid working and flexibility on offer.
\n An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious employment lawyer to join a highly regarded Employment team in London.
Your workload will include employment tribunal litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, TUPE, restructures, senior exits, contracts, and policies, as well as supporting corporate transactions.
You will also play an active role in client relationship management, business development, and networking initiatives.
\The successful candidate will have experience managing employment matters from instruction through to completion, including both advisory work and tribunal litigation.
You will possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a commercial, solutions-focused approach to advising employer clients.
