A top-tier Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint an experienced barrister with proven employment litigation expertise.

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years relevant experience

LOCATION: London

SALARY: £90-100,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:

This highly rated law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Barrister to undertake employment-related advocacy for a growing client base across both the private and public sectors. The role involves advocacy across the full spectrum of employment litigation, as well as taking a lead role within the internal advocacy team, supporting and developing junior members.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will play a pivotal role within this highly successful employment team, delivering an outstanding service to clients. You will bring substantial experience in employment law, with a strong track record of advocacy before the Employment Tribunal. Ideally, you will also have experience mentoring and developing junior members of the team. Alongside outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills and exceptional attention to detail, you will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
