Join a Legal 500 Professional Indemnity team advising on complex construction-related disputes for leading insurers and market participants.

THE ROLE: Working within a growing Construction Insurance practice, you will act for leading insurers, MGAs and Lloyd's syndicates on complex and high-value professional indemnity claims involving construction professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

The role will involve managing sophisticated disputes, advising on construction-related coverage matters and delivering commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

You will also have the opportunity to supervise and develop junior lawyers, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 8 years' PQE and strong experience in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.

Experience advising insurers on construction-related claims or coverage matters would be particularly advantageous.

You will possess excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and exceptional client management skills.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, able to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team.

Experience supervising and supporting junior lawyers will also be beneficial.
