You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post‑completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re‑mortgages. You will have support from a legal assistant. Alongside your fee‑earning work, you will also take on the role of MLRO for the firm and have some supervisory responsibilities within the conveyancing team.
Skills Required
- The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- You will have a proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
- A desire to progress into a leadership role and take on the responsibility of MLRO.
