The successful candidate will be joining a firm that prides itself in defending clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trust, and other defendant clinical negligence clients, this will also include primary care clients.
This role offers a commensurately high quality of work, with the opportunity to develop specialisms within this important and rewarding field under the guidance of experienced team members.
Preparing for and attending trials and various forms of ADR
Supervising and supporting junior colleagues through delegation and coaching
Assisting with higher-value claims
Building strong client and internal relationships while following relevant procedures
Delivering client training and presentations
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
The successful candidate will also possess qualities such as:
Experience of NHS Resolution’s EN scheme and maternity-related claims is desirable, with willingness to develop this knowledge essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team, both remotely and in the office
Proactive, pragmatic approach with a focus on quality
Awareness of client data security requirements
