COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE – LIVERPOOL - Looking to develop your Healthcare law expertise within a growing national team handling complex Court of Protection matters?
A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join its expanding team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists, advising NHS bodies and other healthcare organisations on a varied range of Court of Protection and healthcare law matters.
You’ll advise NHS bodies and public and private healthcare organisations on a range of matters, including:
Court of Protection applications, treatment and best interests cases, including advocacy.
Public law, judicial review and human rights matters.
Patient complaints, incident investigations and regulatory matters.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to client training, webinars and articles, while identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and generate further work.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Barristers with 2+ years’ PQE, proven Court of Protection experience and a background in healthcare law.
The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team and a willingness to travel are also important. This is a great opportunity to join a growing Healthcare practice with a national reputation, advising on complex and interesting matters across the health and social care sector.
