This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most respected life sciences sector teams in the UK, advising pioneering organisations at every stage of growth.
THE ROLE:
- You will advise life sciences and technology-focused clients on a broad range of commercial, IP and regulatory matters.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include IP licensing and partnering transactions, clinical trial agreements, research collaboration arrangements, commercial contracts, life sciences regulatory issues and data protection.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Life Sciences Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained in a large regional or City firm, or in-house.
- This opportunity will suit a commercially minded and technically strong lawyer who enjoys working across a wide range of complex matters.
- Proven experience advising life sciences or technology-based clients.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
