A growing professional services business operating in a regulated environment is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within a probate-focused service function and will take ownership of improving operational delivery, efficiency, and scalability during a period of growth and transformation.
The Role
- You will lead operational performance across probate case management, focusing on improving processes, turnaround times, and service quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and improve scalable probate operating processes
- Lead and support a team of probate case managers
- Improve end-to-end probate turnaround times while maintaining compliance
- Embed QA frameworks and service standards
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
- Work with tech/product teams on automation and process enhancements
- Provide operational reporting to senior stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
