A growing professional services business operating in a regulated environment is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within a probate-focused service function and will take ownership of improving operational delivery, efficiency, and scalability during a period of growth and transformation.

The Role

  • You will lead operational performance across probate case management, focusing on improving processes, turnaround times, and service quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and improve scalable probate operating processes
  • Lead and support a team of probate case managers
  • Improve end-to-end probate turnaround times while maintaining compliance
  • Embed QA frameworks and service standards
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
  • Work with tech/product teams on automation and process enhancements
  • Provide operational reporting to senior stakeholders

Candidate Requirements
