An established law firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join the busy commercial property department.
THE ROLE:
As the appointed Legal Assistant, you will be providing secretarial and administrative support to commercial property fee earners. You will be liaising with clients, audio typing, diary management as well as supporting the team with general office duties. You will also be handling client queries with professionalism and discretion.
LEGAL SECRETARY:
You will have at least 1 years’ experience in working within a legal practice in a secretarial capacity. The successful candidate will have proven commercial property experience and possess excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. In addition, you will have proficient IT skills and a professional manner along with excellent communication skills.
