A well established and growing law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their residential property team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion while working with a supportive and experienced team. The role is open to both qualified Solicitors and Paralegals, providing flexibility for candidates at different stages of their conveyancing career. You will be responsible for managing residential property transactions efficiently and accurately, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders and ensuring all work complies with current property law and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will have the autonomy to take ownership of your cases while benefiting from the support and guidance of an established team.
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and client focused, with previous experience in residential conveyancing. You will have strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures and be confident managing your own caseload from instruction to completion. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and proficiency in case management systems and standard office software are essential.
