A well established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced and compassionate Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued development of a progressive Private Client department. In this role, you will handle a broad range of private client matters including drafting Wills, administering estates and Probate, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, handling Court of Protection applications and advising on Trusts and estate planning. You will be responsible for providing clear, practical advice while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and supporting the growth of the department.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work. You will be organised, client-focused and able to manage a varied caseload efficiently. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a friendly team environment are essential. You should be confident handling a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts and be committed to delivering exceptional client service.
