Location: Leeds
The Role: The newly appointed Family Solicitor will be joining one of Yorkshire's most successful family teams. You will be managing your own busy caseload consisting of privately funded matters. Your caseload will include divorce, financial remedies, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, grandparents' rights and same sex couples’ matters. You will be expected to actively contribute to the family team's business development activities.
The Candidate: Suitable candidates will have at least 5 years PQE in Family Law, advising clients on all aspects of matrimonial and children matters. Candidates must have strong communication skills, able to adapt your approach depending on the client you are dealing with and their issue, and have the drive required to go the extra mile to ensure these clients get the advice and legal expertise they require.
