Job Description

Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Leeds, to c£85,000 (DOE), Top national law firm – Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive, nationally recognised law firm?

We’re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join a highly respected team in Leeds.

/n THE ROLE

  • n• Advise clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and discrimination
  • n• Draft and review contracts of employment, service agreements, policies, COT3s, and settlement agreements
  • n• Provide employment law support on corporate transactions
  • n• Act as a trusted advisor to a wide-ranging client base, from SMEs to large public bodies
  • n• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals
  • n• Play an active role in client relationship management, business development and networking activities
  • n

/n SKILLS REQUIRED

  • n• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years experience
  • n• Passionate about delivering clear, commercial legal advice
  • n• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing their own caseload
  • n• A strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • n• Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
  • n• Advocacy experience
  • n
