We’re looking for a Private Client Lawyer / Legal Executive with a minimum of two year’s experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services.

Managing your own caseload of probate matters, your role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distribution.
  • Providing expert legal advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and paralegals.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A lawyer / Legal Executive with a minimum of two year’s experience in probate or private client law.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is excited by the future of legal services.
  • A confident communicator who can support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
  • Proven experience managing end to end probate and estate administration cases.
  • Ability to handle complex or high value estates with minimal supervision.
