A leading UK law firm is looking to add a Contentious Construction Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to its growing team. Opportunities are available across several office locations, and disputes lawyers with an interest in moving into construction are also welcome to apply.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and well-respected construction disputes team, handling a varied mix of work including development agreements, building contracts, tender issues and development finance disputes. You'll be working closely with experienced practitioners on complex matters, with plenty of support and scope to develop your skills in a specialist area.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a range of disputes work and confident picking up unfamiliar tasks with the right level of guidance. A practical, common-sense approach and the ability to apply legal principles in a commercial way are key.
