Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for your next step with a progressive and supportive firm? This well-regarded regional practice in Suffolk is expanding its residential conveyancing team and seeks a talented solicitor to manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.

THE ROLE:

As a key member of the residential property team, you will handle a broad range of residential property matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and help-to-buy schemes

You'll have direct client contact and be encouraged to take an active role in business development and maintaining strong local relationships together with mentoring more junior members of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with at least 3+ years' PQE in residential property
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently from instruction through to completion
  • A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience using case management systems is desirable
