TITLE: Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor
LOCATION: London
PQE: 3+
SALARY: £70-90k (DOE)
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will undertake a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including personal and corporate insolvency, as well as transactional work such as pre-packs, administrations, CVAs, and restructuring plans (both domestic and cross-border). You will be expected to provide excellent client service and clear advice to a diverse client base, including insolvency practitioners, businesses, directors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE with prior experience in Restructuring & Insolvency law, possessing strong drafting and advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical expertise in managing both contentious and transactional matters, often under tight deadlines, and the ability to take ownership of cases and lead them from inception to completion. You should thrive in a collaborative team environment and be confident in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues and show a keen interest in business development and marketing.
