A new opportunity for an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor looking to join an impressive team in Bristol.

THE ROLE:

  • You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
  • The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work.
  • You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actions.
  • Supporting business development and profile-raising activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from solicitors with 4+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring work.
  • Commercially aware and solutions-driven.
  • Confident managing client relationships and files.
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Keen to develop their specialism and progress their career.
