The successful candidate will step into a pivotal leadership role, driving the development of the insolvency and restructuring offering and playing a key part in the firm’s continued success. Key Responsibilities
- This Partner will take ownership of complex and high-value insolvency matters, offering strategic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
- From negotiating and drafting intricate agreements such as company voluntary arrangements, administrations, and receiverships to advising directors and insolvency practitioners, they will be at the forefront of delivering expert legal solutions.
- The role calls for a strong business developer who will build and maintain lasting client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s broader growth strategy.
- They will also play an integral role in mentoring colleagues, supporting cross-department collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and client care.
