An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join its specialist team, offering a competitive package and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling Industrial Disease claims and be capable of managing files independently as a complete case handler.
