Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
  • Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
  • Conducting property searches and title investigations.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • IT proficiency, including experience using case management systems and legal software.
