A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is confident managing their own workload and looking to join a firm with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term prospects.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, development acquisitions and disposals, re-sales, and title-related work. The role will involve drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, dealing with SDLT (including reliefs), investigating title, and handling restrictive covenant variations and releases. You will be expected to run files independently from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in residential conveyancing and development transactions, with strong technical knowledge and confident drafting and negotiation skills. You will be commercially aware, organised, and responsive to client needs, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with a strong client base, where professionalism, efficiency and a client-focused approach are highly valued.
