The Opportunity
We are working with a well established and highly regarded regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their thriving team in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to walk into a full and varied caseload.
This role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in dispute resolution, with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload. The firm is open to structuring the role around a particular specialism where appropriate.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload that may include:
- Commercial and Contractual Disputes
- Emergency Injunctions
- Partnership & Directors' Disputes
- Property Disputes
- Landlord & Tenant
- Insolvency Related Litigation
- Professional Negligence
- Corporate Disputes
You will be expected to:
- Handle matters from inception to conclusion with minimal supervision
- Manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
- Deliver high quality client care and practical legal advice
- Work collaboratively within a well resourced litigation team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 3+ PQE (experience valued over PQE level)
- Able to hit the ground running and work unsupervised
- Comfortable managing a busy and sometimes mixed caseload
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Solid employment history and commitment to quality work
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days office based (after notice/probation)
- Flexible working patterns considered (full time or part time)
- Office base flexible across any of the firm's offices
Salary & Benefits
- 33 days' holiday FTE, including bank holidays

- 3 days off between Christmas and New Year (not taken from annual leave)
