Job Description Commercial Property Solicitor | 2+ years PQE | Hereford | Completive Salary | Financial Bonus Scheme | Healthcare plan | A well respected and highly regarded legal firm is looking to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to work within their welcoming team. You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, with a particular focus on agricultural land and partnership agreements, this will include: Commercial property sales, acquisitions, and agricultural land transactions. Business asset sales and partnership agreements. Property auctions, secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages. Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and surrenders. Pension scheme transactions, including in-specie transfers. Land Registry applications, first registrations and adverse possession claims. Experience in agricultural property and partnership agreements would be advantageous but is not essential.
