Opportunity for a senior paralegal with at least 3 years’ experience in residential property law to join a leading specialist team.

THE ROLE: The successful candidate will manage a supervised caseload of informal lease extension matters from instruction through to completion and Land Registry registration. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing leases and title documents
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
  • Negotiating lease extension terms
  • Handling completion and post-completion matters
  • Managing Land Registry applications and requisitions
  • Supporting junior team members where appropriate

THE CANDIDATE: The firm is seeking a candidate with at least three years’ experience in residential or leasehold property work, including lease extensions. The ideal applicant will have:

  • Strong Land Registry and post completion experience
  • A solid understanding of leasehold titles and documentation
  • Excellent client care and communication skills

Experience in leasehold enfranchisement or statutory lease extensions would be an advantage but is not essential.
