We are working with a well-established Hampshire-based firm who are seeking a qualified Solicitor to act as a Family Locum, providing cover for one of the partners during periods of annual leave.
Initial Assignment
- 16th February for 3 days
- Potential for further assignments when the partner is on holiday in the future
The Role
- Covering for one of the partners (Head of Department)
- General family law caseload, including some children work
- Matters include a broad range of matrimonial work
- The firm usually works with a regular locum; however, their previous locum has now retired
Support & Systems
- Full, highly experienced secretarial support available (able to cover to a certain degree)
- CMS: Unity
- Largely paper-based, traditional practice
- Fully office-based role
Requirements
- Must be a qualified Solicitor
- Strong experience in family and matrimonial law
- Comfortable working in a traditional office environment
